En fait, \u00e7a fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 6 mois… Peut-\u00eatre que vous vous rappelez de mes 2 articles sur les sujets (post1<\/a> + post2<\/a>)? Je me suis rendu compte que je n’avais pas communiqu\u00e9 la technique qui avait march\u00e9 pour nous. Tadam! La voici pour vous en exclusivit\u00e9 mondiale!<\/p>\n

Nous n’avons pas eut besoin d’utiliser la technique des avis mortuaires ni celui de la femme enceinte. Nous avions simplement mis une petite affichette au CHUV. Oui vous savez, le petit truc en papier avec les bouts qu’on peut d\u00e9chirer. Dessus nous avions \u00e9crit un petit message qui disait que nous cherchions un appartement sur Lausanne et le nombre de pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9sir\u00e9es. Dans la semaine j’ai du recevoir 4 t\u00e9l\u00e9phones dont 3 qui n’avait pas compris que non, nous ne voulions pas aller habiter \u00e0 Moudon… (WTF?)<\/p>\n

En fait, pour un propri\u00e9taire priv\u00e9 c’est l’id\u00e9al. Il cherche un panneau d’affichage dans les environs de son objet \u00e0 louer. Prends 2-3 tickets et appelle les demandeurs de logements. Du coup, il a 3 visites a effectuer et presque 100% de chance de trouver un nouveau locataire. S’il publie une annonce sur un site normal, il se retrouver avec 40-2500 t\u00e9l\u00e9phones\/emails\/visites auxquelles il devra r\u00e9pondre. Salut le plan foireux! A sa place vous feriez quoi…. ?<\/p>\n

Voil\u00e0 on a un logement, bonne chance \u00e0 vous qui \u00eates en train de chercher. C’est pas toujours dr\u00f4le. Donc voici un peu de WTF<\/a> pour terminer.<\/p>\n
