Le mieux est encore de se configurer des alertes mails pr\u00e9cises. Mais attention \u00e0 l&rsquo;avalanche d&#8217;emails. Vous \u00e9crivez une lettre de motivation dans laquelle vous \u00e9crivez pourquoi vous \u00eates la meilleure personne pour cette appartement. A premi\u00e8re vue, plut\u00f4t une option \u00e0 utiliser si vous vous adressez directement au propri\u00e9taire et pas \u00e0 la r\u00e9gie. Vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 essay\u00e9?<\/p>\n<h2>Les r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/h2>\n<p>Essayez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/330486193693264\">ce groupe Facebook<\/a>,\u00a0il y a souvent des bons plans.<\/p>\n<h2>Le CV<\/h2>\n<p>Mettez simplement votre CV avec votre dossier de candidature, afin de montrer \u00e0 la r\u00e9gie que vous \u00eates quelqu&rsquo;un de stable et qu&rsquo;ils peuvent vous faire confiance, que vous avez toujours travaill\u00e9, que vous \u00eates le locataire parfait, que vous \u00eates beau en pleine forme et forc\u00e9ment riche.<\/p>\n<h2>Une ann\u00e9e de loyer<\/h2>\n<p>Proposez de payer une ann\u00e9e de loyer en avance.\u00a0 Simple, mais il faut juste avoir les ronds. Pour info: CHF 1&rsquo;500 de loyer x 12 mois + la caution + <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ikea.com\/ch\/fr\/catalog\/products\/S49894022\/\">le nouveau canap\u00e9<\/a> + <a href=\"http:\/\/shop.teojakob.ch\/fr\/eames-plastic-armchair-rar.html\">la nouvelle chaise \u00e0 bascule<\/a> \u00e7a fait quand m\u00eame CHF 24&rsquo;000 balles \u00e0 sortir de ses petites poches.<\/p>\n<h2>La proactivit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Prendre les devant et poster des annonces. Partout sur les sites de petites annonces, \u00e0 la Migros, au boulot, dans les toilettes publiques&#8230; Car certains propri\u00e9taires pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent directement contacter des personnes qui pourrait leur para\u00eetre int\u00e9ressantes plut\u00f4t de faire visiter leur objet \u00e0 des milliards d&rsquo;\u00e2mes en errance.<\/p>\n<h2>Le soudoiement*<\/h2>\n<p>Glissez simplement un billet de CHF 100 (voir 500 suivant votre budget) dans l&rsquo;enveloppe de candidature. Mais si cela ne marche pas, je suppose que vous passez directement sur la liste noire. Donc \u00e0 mon avis, il vaut mieux le faire avec un billet de mille balle car sinon c&rsquo;est risqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>*ce mot ne semble pas exister pour info<\/p>\n<h2>Le frontal<\/h2>\n<p>Il faut tout simplement prendre son courage \u00e0 deux main (et beaucoup de patience) et commencer \u00e0 harponner la ville. Chaque fois que vous voyez un immeuble qui vous plait, vous entrez, prenez un \u00e9tage au hasard, vous sonnez et vous tchachez la personne qui ouvre: \u00ab\u00a0Bonjour, je trouvais l&rsquo;immeuble sympa et je me demandais si vous sauriez si un des locataires pense partir bient\u00f4t\u00a0\u00bb. L&rsquo;avantage, au pire vous faites des connaissances\/amis, au mieux vous trouvez un appartement dans un lieu qui vous plait.<\/p>\n<h2>Le vieux<\/h2>\n<p>Un ami m&rsquo;a parl\u00e9 de cette technique, malheureusement je me souviens plus vraiment comment elle fonctionne. Mais il me semble qu&rsquo;il fallait prendre une personne \u00e2g\u00e9e pour visiter l&rsquo;objet \u00e0 louer, et genre faire piti\u00e9 au proprio. Quelque chose comme \u00e7a. J&rsquo;ai besoin de d\u00e9tail ici, donc si quelqu&rsquo;un connait cette technique&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>Le parfum<\/h2>\n<p>Parfumer le dossier de candidature avec un parfum d&rsquo;homme (ou de femme?). Voir plus pervers, avec <a href=\"http:\/\/www.parfumpheromone.com\/comment-fonctionnent\/\">des ph\u00e9romones<\/a>. Je sais pas, j&rsquo;invente mais je suis s\u00fbr que \u00e7a marche.<\/p>\n<h2>Le piquet<\/h2>\n<p>On a imagin\u00e9 \u00e7a l&rsquo;autre jour, mais on l&rsquo;a pas encore essay\u00e9. Voil\u00e0, vous vous rendez \u00e0 3 \u00e0 la visite de l&rsquo;appart, soyez bien en avance. Le premier rentre et attend quelque part cach\u00e9. Et les deux autres attendent devant la porte et se chargent de \u00ab\u00a0renvoyer\u00a0\u00bb les autres int\u00e9ress\u00e9s. Celui dans l&rsquo;immeuble visite tranquillement l&rsquo;appartement pendant que ses coll\u00e8gues dehors d\u00e9goutent les autres. Soyez imaginatif: \u00ab\u00a0Raaah, ils nous ont fait un faux plan, l&rsquo;appart est d\u00e9j\u00e0 lou\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0Non non, c&rsquo;est pas au 63, c&rsquo;est au 36, je les ai contact\u00e9 par mail, mais ils avaient oubli\u00e9 de changer sur le site\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0Ils est vraiment horrible ce voisin, tu trouve pas Steeve? Si si, en plus avec son fusil, il faisait peur.\u00a0\u00bb Enfin, vous avez compris, la technique pas loyale pour un sou!<\/p>\n<p>Sinon il vous reste toujours le camping de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.campinglausannevidy.ch\/\">Vidy<\/a>, ou le parc Mont-repos.<\/p>\n<p>Lesquelles avez-vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 test\u00e9? Vous en avez d&rsquo;autres? Je suis s\u00fbr qu&rsquo;il y a des tordus parmi vous.
