[en] A few ago I launched this blog with the initial post in which I was talking about English as being the main and unique language of this website. I never was really 100% sure about this decision, and then I met Stephanie Booth. She’s bilingual and writes in both English and French. She convinced me not to choose either one or the other. Pourquoi pas écrire dans les 2 langues? Why not using them both? Depending on my mood or maybe the complexity of the subject (my English is far from being perfect).

Blogging must be something natural, writing a post in French and then spending hours to translate it into English is no fun. Posting must stay fluid, and translation could break the flow. So don’t be afraid if sometimes french shows up. If there is something you do not understand or want to see it translated, just let me know. I’ll do my best.

[fr] J’avais annoncé sur le post initial que ce blog serait uniquement en anglais. Jamais je n’ai été 100% sur de ette décision puis j’ai rencontré Stephanie Booth. Elle est billingue et écrit autant en français qu’en anglais. Elle m’a convaincue de ne pas choisir une ou l’autre langue. Pourquoi ne pas utiliser les 2? Comme mon anglais n’est pas parfait, certaines fois, je choisirais le français car le sujet est plus complexe ou limité à la francophonie.

Alors si un article vous intéresse mais vous ne le comprenez pas: N’hésitez pas à me demander une traduction. J’essaierais de satisfaire vos demandes au mieux.
